If you are the lucky recipient of a GameFly Gift Certificate and are not currently a member, to redeem this great gift, all you need to do is click on the Gift Certificate link and it will walk you through the GameFly membership registration process. You will be required to put in a valid credit or debit card in order to complete the registration. Once you register, the fun begins!
If you receive a Gift Certificate and are currently an existing GameFly member, please go to your My Account and enter in the Gift Certificate code. Once entered, the Gift Certificate will be applied to your next monthly membership fee.
At the end of your Gift Certificate period, you will receive notification that your monthly membership fees will be billed to your card. If you do not wish to continue your membership, please cancel online prior to the end of your Gift Certificate period. Your may cancel your membership by going to your My Account and selecting Cancel Membership.

Recipients who want to upgrade to a higher game plan during their gift membership will be charged immediately a prorated amount to cover the difference between membership fees for the remaining time left in your billing period.
Recipients who downgrade to a lesser plan during their gift membership will not receive special refunds/crediting for the difference in membership fees. Any downgrades will take effect at the end of your gift membership period.

GameFly will have the right to close member accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed.
