If you expect to be unable to use your membership for a long-term period, you may cancel your account by navigating to the Account page and selecting Cancel Membership, located at the bottom right of the page. Please be sure to return any rentals immediately.
When you are ready to use our service again, you may re-subscribe by logging in to GameFly.com with your same email address and password. On your account, select Restart Now and re-enter your billing information.
What should I do if I'm moving?
If you are in the process of relocating and wish to keep your membership running smoothly, please update your Shipping Address on your account. The change will be effective immediately. To ensure your future rentals are sent to the correct address, please change your shipping address before you return any titles you have out.
If you do not have a new address to update to before moving, please take any rentals you have with you and return them once you are situated at a permanent residence and have updated your address on your account.
