We use U.S. Postal Service first class mail to ship and receive rentals. First class mail delivery times are approximately 2 to 5 business days anywhere in the U.S. Your Q will update immediately once we receive your return.
If it's been longer than 7 days:
• Go to Report a Rental Problem
• Select the title and the option: GameFly never received my return.
We'll receive a notification of the reported rental problem and then send you another rental or contact you directly
