FastReturn™ is a service we've developed, in partnership with the U.S. Postal Service, to improve delivery times for our members.
With FastReturn™, we can start processing your next rental as soon as we receive confirmation from USPS (in the form of a scan) that a title has been returned in the mail. That way, you won't have to wait until the title returns to our shipping center before we can send you the next available one from your Q.
Once a title has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification and it will be displayed on your Q's I Have Out. Please note, since your next available title is shipped before we receive your return at our shipping center, your Q may temporarily display as if you have more rentals out than your plan allows. Don't worry, because your Q will automatically update as soon as the returned title(s) arrive at our shipping center.
Under certain circumstances, we may be unable to ship you a title via FastReturn™. If your mail is being processed at a U.S. Postal Service facility that does not have scanning equipment, if the barcode on your mailer is damaged, or if your mail is not processed according to USPS standard operating procedures, it will take some additional time to receive your next available title.
