You may cancel your GameFly membership at any time, even while you are still enjoying your rentals. Should you choose to cancel - please return any titles you have out as soon as possible.
Your rentals must be received within a week of your account's cancellation so you aren't charged a replacement fee for any titles you have out. After you have sent them back, you'll receive an email for each individual title to confirm that we received them.
If you do not receive an email confirmation within 3-4 days of placing your rental(s) in the mail, please contact us at Support Home.
If you lost your prepaid shipping envelope, we recommend following these steps before cancelling your account:
• Go to Report a Rental Problem
• Select the title and the option: I lost the disc's shipping envelope.
This will prompt us to send you a replacement shipping envelope.
You may also send the rental back immediately using your own padded envelope. Please send any rentals returned this way to:
