If you've lost the rental's sleeve:
Write your first name, last name, and email address associated with your account on a sheet of paper, along with the name of the title you're returning. Place the sheet of paper into our pre-paid shipping envelope with the disc. Then, simply mail the rental back to GameFly.
Upon receiving the return with your provided information, we'll create a new sleeve for the disc and process the return on your account. Once that's complete, we can ship the next available title in your Q.
If you've lost the shipping envelope:
• Go to Report a Rental Problem
• Select the title and the option: I lost the disc's shipping envelope.
This will prompt us to send you a replacement shipping envelope. If you're in a hurry and would like to return the rental immediately, you can use your own padded envelope and mail the title to:
