In order to be eligible for a 3 or 4 game plan, you must have had your GameFly account in good standing for at least 60 days and with a minimum of three titles rented and returned. As soon as these conditions have been met, a message will automatically display in your Q, notifying your eligibility to upgrade.
If you'd like to change your membership plan, you can do so at any time by viewing your Account and selecting Change Membership Plan.
