If there are still rentals listed in this section:
• Go to Report a Rental Problem
• Select the title and the option: GameFly never received my return.
If you still need to cancel your membership, select Cancel My Membership or navigate to that option under your Account.
Please note, once you cancel your membership it is effective immediately. No refunds or credit for unused service time can be issued.
