Start by visiting GameFly.com to check your Q before reporting a title as lost. If the title is still in your Q's I Have Out and it's been more than 7 days since you mailed it back:
• Go to Report a Rental Problem
• Select the title and the option: GameFly never received my return.
We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) first class mail, since it's the most reliable and cost-effective way to deliver rentals directly to you. The USPS estimates 1 to 3 business days to deliver anywhere in the U.S.
If you've received another rental from our FastReturn™ service, but the title you placed in the mail over a week ago is still in your Q's I Have Out, please contact us at Contact Us. We'll be happy to help update your account.
