You're able to change your membership plan by going to your Account and selecting the Change Membership Plan option.
If you choose to upgrade to a plan that allows for more games or movies out, a prorated amount will be applied to your account to cover the difference between membership fees for the remaining time left in your billing period. We'll also send you the next available title from your Q.
If you're downgrading your plan, your new membership rate will take effect at the beginning of your next billing period. You can see when your next billing period begins on your Account page.
